Audrey Roloff shares a sad snap of sick baby Radley.
On her Instagram Stories this week, Audrey shared a new photo of herself with her youngest child, Radley. The baby boy was snuggling up against his mama’s chest. He had a pacifier in his mouth and a sad look on his face. Unfortunately, Audrey revealed that he had a fever. This was on top of the Roloff family dealing with theft on the same day.
Audrey Roloff shares a parenting tip with fans.
While sharing about her baby boy’s health, Audrey also offered a tip that’s supposed to help with fevers. She shared a photo of Radley sitting up in bed in his pajamas. His hair is a mess and it looks like he just woke up. In her post, Audrey explained how this parenting hack works. She said, “Tried the magic sock trick for the first time last night and it worked. Cold wet socks and then thick wool socks on top! Completely dry and fever free by morning.”
It sounds like the mom of three is very thankful that this worked on Radley. You can see the picture below.
LPBW fans react to the parenting hack.
While Audrey Roloff is impressed with this parenting hack, LPBW fans don’t feel the same way. They took to Reddit to discuss this teething trick, and it looks like it’s not well-received at all. Some fans fear that Audrey’s followers will use wet socks to cure their kids’ ailments instead of taking them to the doctor. One Reddit user said, “Just give your kid ibuprofen and stop doing dangerous sh*t. Her followers are going try this and end up with a super sick kid in the ER. Or worse.”
Others feel bad that Radley was likely uncomfortable in his wet socks. One said, “Seriously the feeling of being wet and then wrapped in wool? How delightful.” Some simply aren’t buying that the wet socks treated Radley’s fever. Someone commented, “So his fever broke naturally while he slept. But sure, it was totally the socks.”
